IN EFFECT number 11 - It's almost impossible to think that this "zine" (and I use the term lighlty cause this is far beyond a zine) could get any better than the previous version...but it did. Layout wise, you can see for yourself that this issue is in multiple colors. With Sheer Terror spotlighting the cover, and Indecision in the upper right corner, you know it's gonna be filled with good stuff. Here it is kids, the zine that was there when the scene was but a few people and still continues to be the most sought after zine in NY. Issue (number 9) features interviews with MADBALL, H2O, BOTH WORLDS, FAHRENHEIT 451, SHUTDOWN and ONE 4 ONE.
