|
|

Ok guys. i have been to some other boards and i see a lot of sharing. you would think with the amount of know it all assholes we have on this board who talk so much shit about music they would be into this.
lets get something going
there should be some rules
no recent albums of any kind
no albums that are still being distributed
Lets try to get some order to your posts.
all albums should be Rar'd or Zipped
no passwords!
can be anything you want. does not have to be just hardcore.
and cmon on now lets not post major label shit guys!
post on free sharing sites like mediafire, rapidshare or zshare etc etc.
dont be a douche and post incomplete albums
if you have the covers that would be cool as well.
and dont be a dickhead leacher! share back or we will password protect this area!
who will start this? |

OK here is the New Found Hope 2 : The First Amendment comp I sent Herps.
Its in m4a cuz I used Itunes to rip it and the and the names of the files are track 1, track 2 etc. but when you put it in itunes or media monkey or whatever you use the names and artwork are there. I also scanned the inside and back of the cover and all are in this link right here so enjoy and lets get this goin.

It says on the spine N.F.H.2. You might be thinking of the one with the red cover that I no longer have. I'm pretty sure that was NFH1 |

Post-rock owes its existence to Slint, I've got a few live sets of theirs.
Rodan was basically Slint Jr.
Rachel's was members of Rodan, but it's all basically minimalist neo-classical shit with a huge film score influence.
Oh, also I'll up the Steve Albini demos of In on the Kill Taker for the Fugazi nerds. |

Alright this thread has got me motivated which is not easy. I've been wanting to transfer my demos to the pc but I didnt think I could. I recently moved and have been unpacking and I was going through all my old demos and this one I have been dying to listen to again for a long time. It's the Mindset demo from 97. I hope Sal don't hate me for this one.
mindset - demo 97.rar - 12.90MB
I scanned it but I took the phone numbers off cuz niggas might still have those numbers but it's all set up for your ipod or whatever else you use.
Let's keep this going strong. |

When I get home:
Helmet:
Aftertaste (demo version)
1991 live set
1992 live set
Shellac:
7" collection
Live set in Tokyo, I forget the year
Rodan:
How the Winter Was Passed 7"
Peel Sessions
1993 live set
Aviary (some kind of demos and B sides collection)
Rachel's:
Technology is Killing Music (some kind of promo, one amazing 18 minute song)
Significant Others (rarities collection)
I also have a few live unreleased GY!BE songs.
If anybody actually hass any interest in any specific records in that list, let me know and I'll put a rush on it... I'm definitely not gonna get to all of that tonight due to GTA. |
