Jan 2002 - This page has not been updated in years. Sadly, the band is gone as is their "real" website. This was an old page I had done for the band:

141 - Trust Is Lost 98 CD - Time Served RecordsONE 4 ONE "Trust Is Lost" CD on Time Served Records. Review as of Nov 98 - This cd's been out for quite a while but I just didnt have a chance to pick it up. A true regret! One 4 One has been through more band member changes than any other band I can think of. Usually a band is never quite as good with different members. Not in this case though. This CD totally wrecks house. Amazing. Music is nothing less than a perfect combo of old school style with new school dance. Intensely powerful with crazy ass guitar work and Dan's screams, the CD will arguably be one of their best. Sadly, it's only 6 songs long and leaves you waiting for more. Shell, Nothing To Nowhere, Encircle, End Of Time, The Hand That Feeds and Upperhand are all on this one. My only complaint about the CD is that the vocals lack that classic 141 style of vocals. In the past, 141 had screams mixed with a sort of loudly spoken lyric. It made the band very different. This new CD is all scream. Total maddness. Although I miss the older vocal sound, the new "full scream" version is way too powerful to deny. The music is great with a true display of talent. One of the better CD's I've heard this year. 5 out of 5 fists rating. GET THIS!

ONE 4 ONE "In Search of" CD 96/97 - Having always loved One 4 One, I foolishly delayed my purchase of the CD because I just figured I'd heard everything they had to offer. The CD is out on Back Ta Basics Records. In my opinion, One 4 One has just made it into the history books and one of the greatest sxe bands. The new CD far surpases anything they have ever released. Songs are played faster, deeper, and incorporate alot more new school style dance beats with the older 141 hardcore style. Dan's vocals have changed quite a bit and make the band even better. The vocals take on a much more aggressive/VODish type style but are purely original to 141. This CD is a must have for anyone that knows what good music is.

demo This is their 2nd demo. The 1st was on 7" but I haven't scanned it yet. One 4 One is a NJHC sxe band that I 1st saw with 25 ta Life. They've had some line up changes over the years but now seem to be somewhat stable. They have a very strong sound with a bit of punk style added here and there. Personally, I think they're a sick ass fuckin band and I try to see em when ever they play. They have a CD coming out soon on Back ta Basics but I think you can still hook up with their older demo. Send em a few bucks for it and you won't be disappointed.

One 4 One 7

This is One 4 One's 1st release (as far as I know) which features 5 songs: WHAT WENT WRONG, THOUGHTS, I WONT LOSE, BLIND and MY TIME. The 7" was recorded and put out on tape so you might still be able to get it. To Contact da band:
